RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

• Item(s) must be in perfect, sellable condition and include the original packaging, invoice, leaflets, and certificates.
• Returns or exchanges of watches or jewelry must include the original packaging, instruction leaflet (with warranty certificate), and any applicable product certificates (e.g., COSC, GIA).
• Beauty products must be unused and in original packaging with accompanying accessories, and perfume packaging must remain sealed for return or exchange.
• PayPal purchases may only be returned or exchanged via our online store.
• Online purchases can be returned complimentary online.
